HMC63S-Horizontal Machining Center mainly used for the processing of box, shell, and special-shaped parts in automobile, motorcycle, especially auto engine shell, reducer shell, mold, and general machinery industries.

Basic large parts adopt first-class research and development methods such as brand-new mineral materials, three-dimensional synchronous design, FEM finite element analysis, etc. Carry out a reasonable layout to ensure good anti-distortion and anti-bending ability of basic large parts, and have super-strong precision stability.


Machine bed:

1). The machine bed adopts an integrated inverted T-shaped structure.

2). The column moves left and right along the bed to the x-axis, the transmission system is AC servo motor and ball screw pair are directly connected through the precision coupling, the guide pair adopts two high-rigidity linear rolling guide pair, the dynamic and static friction coefficient is small, fast response, good high-speed positioning, no crawling at low speed.


Worktable:

1). The worktable moves back and forth along the bed to the z-axis, the transmission system is AC servo motor and the ball screw pair are directly connected through the precision coupling, and the guide pair adopts two highly rigid linear rolling guide pairs, and two auxiliary guide rails are installed on both sides, with large bearing capacity, small friction force, and high positioning accuracy.

There are two types of workbench indexing. The standard configuration minimum indexing unit is 1 °, and the optional minimum indexing is 0.001 °. When the Workbench is selected, it can be interpolated with X, Y, and z axes. The clamping method of the workbench after rotating in place is hydraulic strong clamping.

2)The exchange system of the Workbench is Rotary, and the rising, falling, and rotating actions of the exchange system is driven by hydraulic pressure.
